Atomic E-mail Verifier

Atomic Mail Verifier (AMV) is a unique program that checks email addresses for the validity. Unlike other email verification programs, our verifier uses three levels of verification to ensure you will not lose any valid address. Working together with Atomic Subscription Manager AMV keeps your mailing lists totally clean.
Working together with Atomic Subscription Manager AMV keeps your mailing lists totally clean.
After loading your mailing list or pasting some email addresses for validation, it begins to verify each e-mail address. All addresses are checked in multithreaded mode that speeds up the entire process. Three steps of verification include:
1. E-mail addresses syntax check. On this step Atomic Email Verifier marks invalid such addresses as bill#yahoo.com, kate!@$aol,com etc.
2. Availability of the domain of e-mail addresses. On the second step program checks the availability of the domain, i. e. it marks valid such addresses as bill@yahoo.com, kate@hotmail.com and marks invalid any nonexistent domain.
3. Existence of e-mail addresses on their mail servers. On the final step, program tries to establish SMTP connection with mail server and test the address there.
To verify each email address in the list you may complete all the steps or only some of them. For example, if you have a huge list with hundreds of thousands of addresses then you should process only the first two steps, because checking of each address on its mail server takes much time. This type of mailing list verification usually removes one third of all "bad" addresses.
Atomic E-mail Verifier is fully integrated with other our e-mail tools. For example, you may collect the email addresses using our email extractors; transfer gathered emials to Atomic Mail Verifier to remove obsolete addresses. After verification our bulk emailer - Atomic Mail Sender, helps you to send out mass mail. Optionally, Atomic Subscription Manager can automatically manage this mailing list and track all subscription instructions.

Mailing list manager

Atomic Subscription Manager is a program for automatic management of subscriber lists. One of the unique features of the program is a capability to add new subscribers from practically any source. For example, you may put an address on the news subscription page with instructions to send an e-mail to that address with SUBSCRIBE in the subject; or you can use a web-form that would allow website visitors to subscribe and unsubscribe to your newsletter.
The second important advantage is a complete automation of subscriber list management. The program needs to be set up only once, in the beginning, when all the rules are entered. Then, the program will do all scheduled tasks automatically, within the specified time intervals. For your convenience, the program is always available in the tray.
This subscription manager supports an unlimited number of subscriber lists, as well as an unlimited number of e-mail addresses in each list. Also, Atomic Subscription Manager is built to allow the lists to contain practically any sort of additional information, which means the program can be used for personalized mailings. The number of rules for managing subscriptions is not limited either.
In fact, Atomic Subscription Manager is capable of turning your home or office computer into a powerful communication center, which is extremely important, since most other subscription management applications and services "rent" you their solutions, oftentimes barring you from accessing information about your own subscribers.

Atomic TLD Filter

Atomic Top-Level-Domain Filter (ATLDF) is a software program that allows users to select automatically certain e-mail addresses from the list, based on the professional or national basis. When is it necessary and who needs it? Just a simple example - in order to get maximum return from your marketing campaign, you need to split your mailing list into specific target groups and optimize your message for each one. This is when ATLDF comes in handy, separating emails into these groups - for example, .edu zone for marketing to students and academia, .de for reaching the Germans only, .com for contacting companies.
ATLDF contains all known Internet e-mail zones in its database, both geographic and professional. The latest information about Internet zoning can be found at http://www.iana.org/cctld/cctld-whois.htm(for geographic regions) and http://www.iana.org/gtld/gtld.htm (professional organizations). Also, the page http://www.emailrelated.com/domain-codes allows viewing all that domains niformation at one place.
The way ATLDF works is very simple. First, you need to download list of e-mail addresses from a file (File/Open) and insert it from the Clipboard (File/Paste). After e-mail list is loaded, the program will automatically display which group each e-mail address belongs to. Then, all you have to do is to set the rules to indicate which types of e-mail addresses should remain. To do this, select menu View/Filter by zone or press F9 and set up appropriate filters. After you press OK, you will be able to see the remaining list (you can display all addresses by using menu item View/Show all, too). You can then save this new e-mail list to a file or copy it to Clipboard for later use. Also you may export it to AMV to verify email.

If you wish to find the domain owners' contact information (e-mail address, fax or phone number), please use Whois Extractor.

Atomic Newsgroup Explorer (ANE)

Atomic Newsgroup Explorer (ANE) is developed to extract e-mail addresses and user names from the newsgroups (usenets). It performs fast and effective. Just enter any NNTP server address or choose it from the default list and the program will download the names of all available usenet groups. Then select some interested groups to explore and ANE will gather all the addresses and names from these groups.

Newsgroup Email ExtractorThe extractor requires very few machine sources while running and can run quietly in the background on any computer running Windows (95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP) with a functioning connection to the Internet with open NNTP port. Actually, it takes a half an hour to get the new targeted list of e-mail addresses using ANE! The list can be saved to a file, Windows Clipboard or MS Word or MS Excel application.

Atomic Newsgroup Extractor does not depend upon any additional software the way many email grabbers depend on third-party libraries. The most important feature of ANE is an availability to work with private newsgroups locked by password and servers that do not show all available groups. You may enter the known usenet group name manually and process it too. Another unique feature is a multi-threaded operating, it speeds up the entire process in many times!

The newsgroup harvester has a user-friendly interface. It is very easy to start working with the program. Once the program started, you have to enter a newsgroup server address and press "Search" button to load a list of available groups. After that you mark the interested ones and press "Start" to begin extraction. It will begin exploring immediately and first contact addresses will appear in a few seconds.
